Copper Microphone Grille

This microphone grille is made of 2-layer mesh, with a significantly more open weave than found in most microphone grilles. It has an antiqued copper finish.

• Approximate spacing of front and rear mounting holes: 37.5mm

Compatibility

• MicParts LDC FET mic bodies for S- and T-series (e.g. S-87, T-12, T-67, etc)
• MXL V69 ME
• MXL V67G

We have no further list of compatible mics. We will expand the above listing when we hear success stories from customers.

These grilles are likely not compatible with any microphone whose body diameter is smaller than 47mm or larger than 51mm. 

Installation Notes

The grilles are drilled and tapped for 4 mounting holes. MXL mics typically use two mounting holes, located at the front and rear of the mic body. The MicParts chassis uses 3 mounting holes. 

If your microphone uses some other arrangement, you might need to drill and tap additional mounting holes.

Finish 

The Antiqued Copper finish is intentionally imperfect. You will see color variations as you rotate the grille. This is expected.
