Tech Support Request Form

Before requesting tech support, please see this guidance, which addresses 50% of requests.

To receive tech support via email, your message must include:

  • MicParts product name
  • For circuit-kit questions: include the version number from the rear cover of the build guide
  • MicParts order number (find this on the packing slip, and on every transactional email sent to you: order confirmation, receipt, etc.)
  • a concise description of the issue: low output? noise? distortion? frequency response anomalies? hum? Buzz? 

Incomplete requests will be delayed. For fastest service, include everything noted above.
