We have a limited number of high-grade film capacitors available. These are parts we bought for special projects, prototypes, or production over the past 12 years.

Capacitor Descriptions

Siemens NOS Polystyrene 0.01µF

We have a reel of New Old Stock Siemens brand 0.01µF polystyrene axial capacitors that are ideal for bypassing larger values in filter circuits and crossovers. These are sold in packs of five.

Reliable Capacitors Rel-Cap PPT105K2A

These parts have been previously installed in a ~40V circuit and exposed to 48 hours' use, then removed. These were purchased direct from Reliable, prior to the Wilson acquisition.

The retail cost on new PPT 1uF/200V parts would be in the $23-$32 range.

Reliable Capacitors AudioCap PPMF505K1R

These parts have been previously installed in a ~40V circuit and exposed to 48 hours' use, then removed. These were purchased direct from Reliable, prior to the Wilson acquisition.

The retail cost on new 5uF/100V PPMF caps would be in the $28-$40 range.

Reliable Capacitors MultiCap (aka "AudioCapX") RTX105K1R / RTX105K2R

MultiCap is the original product name for the internally sectioned capacitor created by Bas Lim and Richard Marsh. After acquisition of Reliable by Wilson Audio, the MultiCap line was renamed "AudioCapX."

We purchased a few of these parts years ago for a product idea that never materialized. These capacitors have never been plugged in.

These 100-200V RTX parts have been discontinued because the PP film is no longer made; the 400V part is larger, which limits its applications.

Audience AuriCap 0.68µF/400V

We purchased these parts directly from Audience in 2014. The project for which these capacitors were intended was never released. These parts were "burned in" (conditioned") by the factory, but have never been installed or used in any way.

We can offer a 10% discount on a purchase of 10 of these 0.68uF/400V XO capacitors.

ClarityCap ESA 0.47µF

These parts were purchased in 2014, for use in a DIY microphone kit that has since been discontinued. We are selling the remaining inventory of parts. These ESA capacitors are NOS, never used.
